Production line decription

This full automatic paper cone production line for textile, the main driving force transmitted through a cam mechanism for time control purposes. It uses a range of electrome chanical control technologies such as post operation control, high/low two-speed inverter control, photoelectric control, approach control and pneumatic delay control to ensure less manpower, low energy consumption, high efficiency and top quality production. It is suitable for the production of various conical bobbins. It consists of paper cone winding unit, drying oven, and paper cone finishing unit.

The winding device:

This machine is the professional of  making various paper cones, after inside and outside printing, hempolidhing, shearing, winding and opening cutting, and the semi-finished paper cones will be sent to the drying machine automatically. It adopt double-speed variable frequency control, the adjusted freely. Using with the drying machine can makes the whole process mnch easier.

The drying device:

This machine adopts hinge cycle for heat transferring. The temperature can stay even or be controlled automatically

and respectively, the speed can be adjusted freely. If it is connected with other machines , the paper cones can be 

loaded and collected automatically, which make the energy-saving and high-output paper cone production come true.

The Collating device:

1.This machine make V-shaped opening cut,opening polishing,line pressing,head reflecting,napping,counting and collating to finished products.

2.The speed of this machine can be adjusted freely. The reliable overload protection and non-normaloperation stop equipment make the process more secure and stable. This machine can be used withthe principal machine or used alone as well.

The whole paper cone production process is as follows: 

Jumbo paper reel feeding—Inside and outside printing—Paper edge grinding—paper cutting—paper cone winding&trimming— Paper cone drying—V-shaped notching—Line pressing—Head

Packing and shipping 

1. 1. Tighten to container with steel wire rope and welded machine with container by angel iron 
   2. Main corrugated box machines and un-coiler is naked(If you need we can also packed with water-proof plastic) 
   3. PLC contral system and motor pump are packed in wooden box with water proof paper coverage

1.Equipment warranty for one year (cylinder parts warranty for three months,the belt,the mold ,the blade is not covreed warranty)
